For files shared after standard business hours (post 5:00 PM EST), they will be deemed available at the commencement of the subsequent business day.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occasionally cause delays in file availability. While we strive to meet publishing timelines, extra fees may be applicable if expedited delivery is requested.

Our goal is to ensure you're thrilled with the final result. We offer a review process where you can provide feedback on the edited episode. Client revision requests, if compatible with the requested editing style, will be communicated in writing and accompanied by timestamps denoting the beginning and conclusion of the requested segment. It's important to note that delays in submitting revision requests may impact the delivery timeline of the final derivative Work.
For revisions pertaining to episodes that have already been published, an associated fee of $50 per half-hour will be applicable. This helps us ensure that your podcast episodes remain polished and aligned with your vision. We'll make the necessary adjustments based on your input, aiming to deliver a final episode that exceeds your expectations.
